a reality to be experienced
If the kids are peckish and it’s not time for a meal..or the kitchen is a bomb site or the kids are tired ooor we are in a rush.. smoothies are my go to. As long as we have ripe bananas it is the easiest most filling snack for the kids. As I usually have one in the morning Olivia started having it during lockdown too, and as well as me, she lasted until lunch time.

This one is banana, papaya, blueberries, dates, almond milk and barley grass powder.
Barley grass is rich in vitamins A and C which act as antioxidants that fight off free radicals. Barely grass powder is known to be preventive of heart -and liver disease as well as kidney stones.
